Donna Harraway

Donna Harraway has been called a feminist and a postmodernist. In 1985, Haraway published the essay "A Cyborg Manifesto: Science, Technology, and Socialist-Feminism in the Late Twentieth Century". She also uses the cyborg metaphor to explain how contradictions in feminist theory and identity should be conjoined, rather than resolved, similar to machine and organism in cyborgs.

One thing that Donna Harraway has said is that, "We are cyborgs because we all incorporate so much technology into our lives."
